How Group Tuition works

Every journeystarts with a ripple.

01

Express interest

Tell us about the learner. This is not registration and does not guarantee a place.

02

Find the right group

We consider the student’s year, examination pathway and the groups available.

03

Registration invitation

Where a place can progress, your family is invited to register.

04

Induction

The student completes the required induction and readiness process.

05

Admission

After the requirements and financial clearance, the student is admitted.

06

Learn, practise & progress

Live classes connect with resources, assignments, self-study, flash cards and assessments.

Expressing interest is not registration, and registration is not admission.

More than the live lesson

Learning continues beyond the classroom.

Learn → Reinforce → Practise → Assess → Progress

Points add up each month and count towards Student of the Month. Ripples makes the final recognition decision, so it rewards progress and commitment, not just the highest mark.

Your student dashboard

Everything you need. One place.

Every Group Tuition student gets a personal Ripples dashboard. It’s where the live class, the learning and the progress all come together.

Flash cards

Learn it first. Then prove it.

You never get tested on something you haven’t had the chance to learn. Every batch of flash cards has two modes, so you can study, then check what has stuck.

MODE 1

Learn

Go through the cards at your own pace. See the question, the answer, the explanation and a memory trick. Nothing is scored and there is no pressure.

→
MODE 2

Review

Fifteen questions per batch, with instant feedback on every answer. Score 14 out of 15 to pass, and the next batch unlocks.

→
THE REWARD

Level up

Pass all five batches in a level to win its medal. Score 15 out of 15 on every batch for the very top honour, Diamond Mastery.

For parents

See your child’s progress every single day.
